The Clark Lease in Kaufman County

(API 42-257-00443) this is a three well project of re-completing the field. There are two producing wells , Well #1 & #2 and there is 1 disposal Well #3. Paradigm believe that this lease can be a good producing project for the company. We believe when the field was worked properly and operated the production on the oil was steady. In 2005 a new operator took over the project and we feel they didn’t know what they were doing production stopped under their direction.

Some highlights about the Clark Lease:

The Clark Lease has of oil produced 49,424 barrels.

49,424 Barrels at today’s Market price of $90 would be$4,448,160 in value

The Woodbine has been a very good oil producing Zone in Eastern Texas.

We don’t know of any modern recovery technique used on these wells.
